Know the format before you play. XP Arena staff decisions are final.
Knockout Format
- Single elimination format
- Winner advances to the next round
- If tied, extra time and penalties decide the winner
- Late arrival can lead to disqualification
- Players must be ready before their match starts
Online Play Rules
- Played online — you can enter from anywhere, no travel to the venue
- Your match invite goes to the EA FC online ID you register with, so check it is correct
- Be online and ready 10 minutes before your match time
- A player who is not reachable 10 minutes after their match opens forfeits that match
- Screenshot the final score — both players confirm the result before it is recorded
- On a disconnect before the 10th minute, the match is restarted from 0-0
- On a disconnect after the 10th minute, the scoreline at that point stands
- XP Arena staff decide any dispute the screenshots cannot settle

- No abusive language or fighting
- XP Arena staff decision is final in disputes
- Players must confirm their score after each match
- Payment confirms booking unless XP Arena states otherwise

How do I join an XP Arena tournament?
Book a slot on this page or contact XP Arena on WhatsApp. Your slot is confirmed after payment or staff confirmation.
How much is tournament entry?
Entry depends on the tournament. In-person tournaments at the venue are ₦7,000, and the Online FC26 Thursday Tournament is ₦2,000. Every card on this page shows its own entry fee.
Where is the tournament held?
In-person tournaments are held at XP Arena, Amaka Mall, Guzape, Abuja. The Online FC26 Thursday Tournament is played online, so you can enter from home.
Can I play in an XP Arena tournament from home?
Yes. The Online FC26 Thursday Tournament is played entirely online on PS5, Xbox or PC. You register with your EA FC online ID and your match invites are sent to it, so you never have to travel to the venue.
What games are available for tournaments?
EA Sports FC is currently the main tournament game, played both in person and online. Mortal Kombat runs in person on Fridays, and more games can be added.
How are winners selected?
Winners are selected based on the tournament format. League tournaments use points and tiebreakers. Knockout tournaments use elimination rounds.
How often is the leaderboard updated?
The leaderboard is updated after each tournament.
Can I book for my friends?
Yes, but each player’s name and WhatsApp number should be submitted correctly.
Are there prizes for second and third place?
Some tournaments may include prizes for second and third place. Prize structure will be shown on each tournament card.
